My strategy for RMP was/is to freshen up their overall look (logo cleanup, design document) by consistently posting content on their social media and blog that utilizes a consistent design aesthetic to make posts interesting and homogenous.

Since I took over social media management for RMP their overall engagement has increased nearly ten-fold as well as responsiveness for each of their social sites.
